Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee,
an assortment of teas, cereals and toast are available
at the coffee station for early risers.   

At 8:30 or 9:00, we serve a scrumptious bellyful
Jamaican breakfast. Either ackee and saltfish, run
down, cook-up corned pork, sprat and festival, fried
fish and bammie, okra and saltfish or some other local
favourite.

Maybe even peanut porridge, cassava pancakes with
carmelized banana, Citrusy French Toast,  
Pineapple/Walnut Waffles or Callaloo/Cheese Omlette.

Traditional items like bacon and eggs, and toast are
also served.

All breakfasts include local fruits and juices.

"Scotchies" Jerk Pit for Authentic Jerk
Pork, Chicken & Sausage at it's best.
Another highly recommended, not to
be missed experience, is first hand
experience of buying Jamaica patties at
a local Juicy Beef Patty Shop !
