RESERVATION PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to confirm your reservation we require a 50% credit card deposit to guarantee
your booking. We do not hold rooms without a guarantee. Your Visa or MasterCard credit
card will be charged for the deposit at the time of making the booking. Final payment is
due 60 days (90 days for Easter, Christmas and New Year) prior to your arrival date.
All cancellations must be notified in writing directly to TBH Resorts Limited/The Blue House.
For cancellations received:
There will be no refunds or re-booking for no shows or early departures.

- 45 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund but we
would be only to happy to accommodate you with booking a new reservation within
the next 365 days and apply your reservation payment to that new booking. - within 45 days of scheduled arrival date, your full reservation payment will be forfeit.

IMPORTANT RATE INFORMATION
- The Blue House Ocho Rios Jamaica B&B Rates are per night, single or double occupancy. Includes full breakfast. Triple
occupancy $60/night additional. - Ocho Rios Jamaica B&B + Dinner Rates include full breakfasts and lavish 3 course dinners, based on a minimum four night
stay. Triple occupancy $90/night additional charge. See Ocho Rios Dining for additional info on our Breakfast and Dinner
Plan. - 1-2 children (under 12) rooming w/parents accommodated free. Meal charges will apply for children ages 6-12
- Refreshments, beer, wine and alcoholic drinks available at a reasonable cost.
- Airport transfers additional.
- An additional 20% surcharge is applicable to all rates at this Luxury Bed and Breakfast Inn to cover applicable taxes
and service charge. - Additional premium applies for the weeks of Easter, Christmas, New Year and Holiday Weekends.
- Photo identification required at check-in. Also credit card/cash deposit for incidental charges.

| The Hummingbird Family Room is located on the street level of this boutique bed and breakfast in Ocho Rios Jamaica. The bedroom is on one side of the villa's front door and it's small private bathroom with shower is across the hall on the other side. The Hummingbird is our largest room and is the only one with a private patio. It is equipped with a small desktop refrigerator and is a great choice for a family vacation or a girlfriend's getaway. |
