Scrumptious Bellyful Breakfasts
For the most part, our guests tend to sleep in, so breakfast is usually served at 9:00am.
Breakfasts could be either ackee and saltfish or mackerel run down or okra and saltfish or some other local favourite. Maybe even peanut porridge, Cassava Pancakes with Carmelized Banana & Walnuts, Citrusy French Toast w Jerk Sausage, Pineapple/Walnut Waffles or Shrimp Omlette. Always with a side of fresh, seasonal, local fruit. Traditional items like bacon and eggs with toast, butter, jams and jellies are also served. As is coffee, tea and fruit juice.

Jamaican’s most popular, iconic lunch is meat patties. Vegan & Vegetarian versions also available. If you come to Jamaica and miss out on eating a patty, you haven’t been to Jamaica.
Another tasty, inexpensive Jamaican alternative, ‘Box Lunch’ is available at nearby local lunch spots.
